The soul of our farm

On our farm in the Val Pusteria, we live according to the rhythms of nature. It sets the pace, we maintain the balance. A life in harmony.

As a smallholding focused on livestock and dairy farming, the family's ancestors originally lived by exchanging and selling whatever the farm produced. From 1977 onwards, we began hosting guests - a tradition we continue to this day. Here, those in search of relaxation experience honest farming in tune with nature. We owe everything to nature, and we do our best to honour that.

Sandra

The youngest of the three daughters: As the future successor of the Oberbinderhof, she’s already following in her parents’ footsteps. She cares deeply about looking after our guests with warmth, ensuring the quality of our farm products, and the well-being of our animals.

Living with and from nature

Our connection to nature makes sustainability almost second nature. The hay from our meadows feeds our animals, and we produce our own farm goods. We also generate energy using photovoltaic systems, solar panels and pellets; a charging station for e-bikes and electric cars is available too.
