- Arrival and departure days can be chosen freely (except during high season). Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m. (early arrival or late departure are possible based on availability and on enquiry).
- The booking becomes binding and subject to charges upon receipt of the down payment and the delivery of the booking confirmation. The reservation is binding only after receiving the down payment for the reservation.
- Payment options: Bank transfer (2 working days before departure) or cash/card payment (upon arrival).
- Cancellation: Travel resignation insurance will protect you in case you must call off your vacation unexpectedly. We recommend the “Roter Hahn” cancellation protection offered by the “Europäische Reiseversicherung”.
- Cancellation policyFor cancellations up to 60 days prior to the holiday the downpayment will be withheld,
- On cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the beginning of the holiday 60% of the total expenses of the booked apartment
- On cancellations from the 30th day for delayed arrivals as well as departures 100% will be billed
- Consumer’s protection: Explicitly expressed in the law statutes art. 45-67 of the Italian consumer’s protection code.
- The price is for 2 people per day in the apartment, based on a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- At the indicated price for each guest over 14 years the tourist tax of 3 € per day is added.
