Our services for that at-home feeling
- Arrival and departure days can be chosen freely (except during high season). On the day of arrival we are happy to welcome you from 4 p.m. on. The time of departure is possible until 10 am. Earlier arrivals or later departures are possible based on availability and on enquiry.
- The booking becomes binding and subject to charges upon receipt of the down payment and the delivery of the booking confirmation. The reservation is binding only after receiving the down payment for the reservation.
- Payment options: Bank transfer (2 working days before departure) or cash/card payment (upon arrival).
- Cancellation: Travel resignation insurance will protect you in case you must call off your vacation unexpectedly. We recommend the “Roter Hahn” cancellation protection offered by the “Europäische Reiseversicherung”. Unfortunately, in accordance to the Consumer Protection Code no right of withdrawal is entitled to you. We would still like to offer you a right of withdrawal on the cancellation terms according to the general business terms. It is explicitly stated in the relevant provisions of law Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
- Cancellation policy
- For cancellations up to 60 days prior to the holiday the downpayment will be withheld,
- On cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the beginning of the holiday 60% of the total expenses of the booked apartment
- On cancellations from the 30th day for delayed arrivals as well as departures 100% will be billed
- Data protection: For the purposes of the Gvd Nr. 196/2003 we would like to inform you that your personal data is used exclusively for your application and the information is stored and will not in any way be given to a 3rd party or given out. With regard to the data processing all rights are yours according to Art.7 from the GvD Nr. 196/2003. The holder of rights is Hainz Hellweger.
